For clients with PPO insurance, FSA, or HSA plans, we provide a superbill (itemized receipt) for submission to your insurance provider for potential partial reimbursement.

How Individual Therapy Helps

Kincove’s individual therapy creates a safe space for teens to express themselves, gain insight, and develop coping skills.

Our therapists collaborate with adolescents to set and review personalized goals, ensuring measurable progress toward improved mental health and well-being.

Duration of Individual Therapy

Therapy sessions are private, 50-minute meetings between the adolescent and therapist, typically held weekly.

Frequency and duration vary based on individual needs, ranging from short-term (a few sessions for specific issues) to long-term (several months or years for deeper, complex challenges). Progress and goals are regularly evaluated to ensure therapy aligns with the adolescent’s evolving needs.
