Our Story

How We Got Here

Adolescence represents a period of increased vulnerability to mental health challenges, but also a significant opportunity.

When sisters Emily and Sophia started working with youth in their mental health practices, they were taken aback by the lack of resources designed for the unique needs of young people.

There were in-patient and partial hospitalization programs for when things got critical, these were all intended to “fix” emergent behavioral issues. Where were the resources aimed at prevention? Where could adolescents go to learn the skills and receive the support they need to become resilient and mentally fit?

Emily and Sophia knew, as a society, we were failing our youth and set out to change the game.

Our mission is to help adolescents and young adults improve their mental, physical and relational well-being.

We envision a world where...
