Our therapists specialize in working with:

  • Academic stress & perfectionism

  • Issues with Focus and Motivation

  • Social anxiety, isolation, or friendship struggles

  • Family conflict & communication gaps

  • Self-Harm and Suicidality

  • Trauma and PTSD

We partner with parents, provide clear and supportive guidance, and equip teens with practical skills they can start using right away.

Parent Coaching

Adolescence is a time of increased vulnerability to mental health struggles, but also a significant window of opportunity.

Between roughly ages  12 and  25, the brain enters a period of heightened neuroplasticity—the capacity to grow in response to experience.

Kincove leverages this window of opportunity with evidence‑based therapy and brain‑based tools that help young people:

  • Regulate emotions and stress

  • Build real confidence and connection

  • Successfully launch into adulthood

By integrating warm, individualized care with cutting‑edge neuroscience, we guide teens and young adults from surviving to thriving.
