Parent & Teen Executive Functioning Workshop:

INTERVIEW PREP & NEXT STEPS

Preparing for the future can bring up a lot for both teens and parents: stress, pressure, avoidance, uncertainty, and sometimes conflict. This workshop is designed to help families better understand one another while giving teens practical tools for executive functioning, values-based decision-making, and interview readiness.

Parents and teens will participate in both shared activities and separate breakout sessions, allowing each group to receive support tailored to their needs.

Teens will practice identifying their values, building confidence, preparing for interviews, and communicating what kind of support actually feels helpful. Parents will receive guidance on how to support motivation, independence, future planning, and alternative pathways after high school without increasing pressure or conflict.

About This Workshop

Led by Sophia and Emily of Kincove, therapists who specialize in working with teens, young adults, and families, alongside Liz Lewine, a former recruiter and career/life coach who brings a unique blend of hiring expertise, coaching experience, and personal understanding of ADHD/executive functioning challenges to help teens build confidence, communication skills, and direction for what comes next.
