Early adulthood is a time of major shifts: new environments, evolving relationships, greater independence, and big decisions about the future. It can feel exciting, confusing, and overwhelming all at once.

Centered & Connected is a supportive therapy group designed to help young adults slow down, tune in, and make sense of this complex stage of life. In a small, therapist-led group, you'll have space to reflect on who you are, where you’re headed, and what’s getting in the way.
