Teen Girls Group

Adolescence is a time of rapid change, emotionally, socially, and neurobiologically. Our Teen Girls Group offers a safe and engaging space for girls ages 13–17 to explore who they are, build confidence, and strengthen the skills they need to thrive.

Through a blend of open conversations and experiential activities, group members learn to:

  • Develop self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • Strengthen executive functioning (organization, focus, follow-through)

  • Improve communication and problem-solving in relationships

  • Explore identity, values, and self-concept in a supportive environment

  • Reduce stress and anxiety while increasing confidence and motivation

Led by Kincove therapists experienced in adolescent development and group dynamics, sessions integrate psychological insight with neuroscience-informed tools for regulation and growth. The group fosters camaraderie, accountability, and real-world skills that extend beyond the therapy room.
