Young adulthood can be exciting, confusing, freeing, overwhelming, and lonely all at the same time.

Many LGBTQ+ young adults are navigating relationships, family dynamics, identity, dating, career decisions, and questions about where they belong. While there is more visibility and acceptance than ever before, finding people who truly understand your experience isn't always easy.

Our LGBTQ+ Young Adult Therapy Group offers a supportive space to connect with others and explore the unique experiences that come with being LGBTQ+.

Through open conversation, shared experiences, and guided discussion, group members have the opportunity to:

• Explore identity, relationships, and dating

• Navigate family dynamics and life transitions

• Build confidence and self-acceptance

• Develop meaningful connections and a greater sense of belonging

Led by Kincove therapists, the group combines guided discussion with genuine connection, creating a space where participants can share openly, explore what's on their minds, and learn from others with shared experiences.
