LGBTQ+ Young Adult Group

For Queer Young Adults

Thursdays | 1:00–2:15 PM

Now Enrolling

A place to connect with other queer young adults and talk openly about relationships, identity, family, and community.

Being queer can shape young adulthood in ways that aren’t always easy to talk about with people who don’t share the experience. Dating, family relationships, identity, and finding your place in queer community can all bring their own questions.

Led by two therapists, group gives you the opportunity to:

  • Connect authentically with other queer young adults

  • Talk openly about relationships, including friendships, dating, and family dynamics

  • Explore identity and what being queer means to you

  • Gain insight and perspective from people with different identities and experiences

Thoughtfully Matched Groups

Our LGBTQ+ groups are open to ages 20–32, with members grouped by similar age, life stage, shared experiences, and overall fit so they’re with people they’re likely to relate to and connect with. Depending on interest, we may form one group or multiple groups.

Once groups are formed, we’ll send a scheduling poll to find a day and time that works best for everyone.

Cost & Attendance

Group therapy is $50 per 75-minute session.

Some groups run as a set series, while others allow rolling enrollment. Consistent attendance is encouraged because trust and familiarity help create a stronger group experience.

If you can't attend a particular week, you won't be charged for that session. We'll review the schedule and expectations during your consultation or screening call.

A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available based on financial need.
