Dr. Kaylin Golerkansky is a licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training in psychological and neuropsychological assessment. She works with children, adolescents, and families to better understand how a young person thinks, learns, processes information, and experiences the world.

What To Expect
1. Initial Consultation & Intake
We begin by learning about your concerns, your child's history, and the questions you hope the assessment will answer. This helps determine which evaluation is the best fit and what areas should be assessed.
2. Assessment
Your child completes testing selected specifically for the referral questions. Depending on the evaluation, this may include measures of attention, learning, memory, executive functioning, social communication, emotional functioning, and other relevant areas.
3. Review & Integration
Dr. Golerkansky reviews the testing results alongside interviews, developmental history, questionnaires, records, and other relevant information to develop a comprehensive understanding of your child.
4. Feedback & Recommendations
Families meet with Dr. Golerkansky to review the findings in clear, understandable language. You’ll receive a comprehensive written report with individualized recommendations and next steps.
What You’ll Receive
The goal is for the assessment to give you answers you can actually use.
Depending on the findings, recommendations may include school accommodations, therapy goals, executive functioning support, parent strategies, referrals, or other services.
