ADHD Evaluation with Executive Functioning

Assesses attention, executive functioning, and behavioral functioning, including working memory, inhibition, planning, organization, and cognitive flexibility, to evaluate for ADHD.

What the Assessment Process Looks Like
Start With Your Questions
We begin by understanding what you've been noticing and what you're hoping to clarify. We'll discuss your history, current concerns, strengths, experiences at school or work, previous diagnoses or treatment, and any relevant records.
This helps determine which areas need to be evaluated and what testing will be most useful.
Individualized Testing
Testing is selected based on the questions we're trying to answer rather than using the same battery for everyone.
Depending on the evaluation, this may include measures of attention, executive functioning, memory, learning, cognitive abilities, social communication, and emotional or behavioral functioning.
Results & Recommendations
Once testing is complete, you'll meet with Dr. Golerkansky to review the findings and understand what the results mean in the context of your everyday life.
You'll receive a comprehensive written report with your results, diagnostic clarification when appropriate, and individualized recommendations.
What You’ll Receive
The goal is not just to leave with a diagnosis. It's to understand what the findings mean and what to do with them.
Recommendations are specific to your results and may include academic or workplace accommodations, therapy goals, executive functioning support, strategies for everyday life, or referrals to other providers.
