Teen Boys Group

Kincove’s Teen Boys Groups offer a therapist-led space where participants can connect with peers without the pressure to perform, impress, or have the “right” thing to say.

Group topics will be shaped by the age and needs of the participants and may include:

  • Friendship and peer dynamics

  • Confidence and identity

  • Stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation

  • Communication and managing conflict

  • Motivation, follow-through, and school pressure

  • Family relationships and growing independence

  • Social media, gaming, and online life

  • Expressing needs and asking for help

Sessions combine conversation, practical tools, shared activities, and opportunities to learn from one another. Teens are never expected to disclose more than they are comfortable sharing.

This group may be a good fit for teens who:

Have difficulty connecting with peers; tend to keep emotions to themselves; feel anxious, discouraged, or misunderstood; struggle with confidence or motivation; experience conflict at home or school; or would benefit from a consistent place to connect with other teens.
