Teen Girls Group

Real connection in a supportive, low-pressure space

Kincove’s Teen Girls Groups give participants a place to talk openly about the parts of adolescence that can be difficult to navigate alone.

Group topics will be shaped by the age and needs of the participants and may include:

  • Friendship changes, conflict, and exclusion

  • Confidence, identity, and self-trust

  • Social anxiety and feeling misunderstood

  • Comparison, social media, and peer pressure

  • Boundaries and healthy communication

  • School stress and changing expectations

  • Managing strong emotions

  • Asking for support and expressing needs

The group is not about forcing teens to share or putting anyone on the spot. Our therapists work to create an environment that feels natural, welcoming, and emotionally safe. Teens can participate at their own pace while gradually building comfort, connection, and confidence.

This group may be a good fit for teens who:

Feel lonely, left out, or uncertain in friendships; experience anxiety or self-doubt; have difficulty opening up; become overwhelmed by social situations; want stronger communication skills; or would benefit from connecting with peers in a meaningful way.
