Find your Footing in a Time That Feels Uncertain
Young adulthood can be surprisingly isolating. Friendships shift, relationships become more complicated, family roles change, and there can be pressure to know what you’re doing even when you’re still figuring it out.
Led by two therapists, group gives you the opportunity to:
Relationships and friendships as they change, deepen, or become more complicated
Work and what comes next when you’re not sure what direction feels right
Independence and family as roles, expectations, and boundaries begin to shift
Confidence and comparison when you find yourself measuring your choices against what others are doing
Identity and self-understanding as you figure out what matters to you and what you want for yourself
Thoughtfully Matched Groups
Our young adult groups are formed around similar age, life stage, shared experiences, personality, and overall fit so members are with people they’re likely to relate to and connect with.
Depending on interest, we may form one group or multiple groups.
Groups are anticipated to begin in mid-September.
Group Details
Sessions: 75 minutes
Fee: $50 per session
Location: In person at Kincove in Pico-Robertson
Schedule: Based on group availability
Once groups are formed, we’ll send a scheduling poll to find a day and time that works best for everyone.
