Back to School Reset
A Two Day Friendship & Confidence Intensive for Tween & Teen Girls
Back-to-School Reset Intensive
This intensive is designed to help tween and young teen girls enter the school year feeling more confident, emotionally prepared, and equipped to navigate friendship dynamics, social stress, school routines, and moments of overwhelm.
The program is structured, skill-based, and interactive. Girls will participate in guided discussion, journaling, creative exercises, role-play, and practical planning so they leave with tools they can actually use during the school year.
Who This Intensive Is For
This intensive is designed for girls ages 10–14 who could benefit from support with:

Peer conflict, gossip, group chats, or exclusion
Low confidence or self-esteem
Emotional sensitivity, overwhelm, or rejection sensitivity
