A summer that actually helps them reset

Summer can be a powerful window to reset patterns that felt overwhelming during the school year, before stress ramps back up again.

This group is designed to help teens:

Recover from burnout, stress, or a tough school year
Build emotional regulation skills in real time
Feel more comfortable socially (without pressure or forced interaction)
Develop healthier routines that carry into the fall

We balance practical skills + real connection, so teens aren’t just learning what to do, they’re practicing it in a supportive environment.

Sessions are 75 minutes.
